To aid you in this endeavor, we have remarkable coaches leading specially designed programs that encourage healthy outlooks and lifestyles. Results include self-confidence, respect for others, feelings of accomplishment, better muscle tone and, of course, a great night’s sleep.

    KidFit - Functional training for ages 9 - 15.

    Improve movement, general strength, coordination, balance and cardiovascular health. 

    Fridays | 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

  • Little Rock Racquet Club

    KidFit - Functional training for ages 9 - 15.

    Improve movement, general strength, coordination, balance and cardiovascular health. 

    Mondays & Wednesdays | 10:30 - 11:00 am (ITC)

    Mondays | 4:45 - 5:15 pm (Basketball Court)

  • North Little Rock Athletic Club

    KidFit - Functional athletic training for ages 5 - 13. Full-body, fun, dynamic training focused on movement, form and strength catered to your child’s individual development.This is a fee based program for members and non-members.

    Ages 5 - 8 | Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:30 - 10:15 am

    Ages 9 - 13 | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 - 6:45 pm
